Hi everyone! Thanks for joining me today for my first ever WIAW (what I ate Wednesday), note that I am not a dietitian just posting a day of my own eats 🙂

Breakfast consisted of Crave Check, coffee (must have!), egg bake with a side of toast and Olly Vitamins

Before my morning workout I took Catalyst, dropped my cutie pie munchkin off at school and enjoyed a 60 minute Muscle Max class!


After my workout I drank a recovery drink that I SWEAR by, I don’t get very sore anymore, seriously! Try it! You’ll be glad you did

Lunch was so yummy, leftover chipotle for the win! Plus an iced coffee for an afternoon pick me up.

While Charlotte napped I worked on the blog, did some laundry and caught up on a little bit of The Bachelor. I haven’t watched this show in years but for some reason I decided to give it another shot and I’m hooked again. Who likes who so far? I like JoJo and Lauren B.

After Charlotte woke up we took Maverick for a walk and I did some paint touch-ups in the house. We just built a new house and when we moved in we dinged a couple corners, found a few spots that needed help. The builder left us with a paint kit so I went around doing the walls and baseboards. Anyone else love the smell of fresh paint?

Time for dinner! Brent is traveling for work so I made just a quick fried rice and egg rolls for Charlotte and I.


I had an appointment later this evening so my mom and brother came over to watch Charlotte for me. I got home around 8 and it was time to get Charlotte to bed (she’s normally in bed by 7). I finished up The Bachelor episode I started earlier with a small glass of wine and a handful of Cashews.

10 o-clock rolled around and it was time for bed!
